If your dryer exhaust disappears into a wall or ceiling, that does not tell us its length, condition, or route. For a Haslet service request, describe the laundry location and anything you already know about the outlet. Cindy will discuss access and confirm whether the proposed cleaning visit fits the setup.
The visible connection is a starting point, not a complete view of hidden ductwork. A homeowner’s description or available installation records can help with planning, but uncertainty should remain clearly identified. Ask which sections are accessible and what could not be confirmed.
Do not assume that it does. Cleaning the accessible exhaust path and exposing concealed ductwork are different scopes of work. Discuss a known damaged or disconnected section with the office before scheduling; any further work needs its own explanation and agreement.
Tell Cindy about an upstairs laundry, a stacked dryer, a tight closet, or a vent outlet that is difficult to reach. These are access details to report, not reasons to move the appliance yourself. Roof work is not offered. Clear ordinary loose items from the work area and let the office explain any other preparation.
Ask what was accessible, what conditions were observed, and whether anything remains uncertain. A clear account of the work is more helpful than a blanket claim that every part of a concealed system is perfect. Cleaning does not certify the appliance or replace repairs to damaged ductwork.

The service explanation should distinguish observed conditions from concealed sections.
